HDI Digital Experience
Digital Experience Dugout hosted at Farm Credit Services of America .  The full digital conference will was viewable in a reserved room on a big screen without the distractions of work and the bonus of networking with local Chapter members. Non-Members were welcome as well!  Laptops and tablets were connected to multi-task (wireless vendor connection was available) to both participate and stay connected to work.

Knowledge Management Foundations: KCS Principles
Certification - This certification verifies that support center professionals possess the understanding of the Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS SM) methodology, a set of processes/practices that leverage knowledge as a key asset of the support organization. Additionally, this certification validates that they know how to implement the practical steps for capturing, structuring, and successfully reusing knowledge through the knowledge management process.

About our speaker Brian Johnson of CA technologies

Though North America based since 2002, Brian has been fortunate to be able to travel, consult and present worldwide.

From 1989-94 he was part of the UK Government team that created the ITIL approach, Brian authored many of the first ITIL books and he designed (and authored much of) both the ITIL business perspective series and version two of ITIL as well as the Information Lifecycle Support book in v3.

In total Brian has authored, or co-authored, more than twenty five titles on ITIL, project management and related subjects (twelve being 'official' ITIL publications).
